DL envelopes (114mm x 235mm) designed to work with folder inserters from Pitney Bowes, PFE, Neopost, and others.

These envelopes are 90gsm white.

PFE International also manufacture the PHL folder inserters and the BABS folder inserters. These envelopes are compatible with all Pitney Bowes, Neopost, PFE, PHL, and BABS folder inserters that accept DL envelopes.

The envelopes are gummed and can be sealed normally with moisture (e.g. lick and seal) as well as by a folder inserter.

These machineable envelopes are designed with outside seams to reduce inserting friction and are 90gsm in thickness resulting in increased reliability.
